SUPER FITNESS CLASSES

All fitness classes at Omaha Blue Waves are designed to give you the best results in the quickest and safest way. Class sizes are kept small so that you are never just a number. The trainers in each class will know you and understand your goals as well as any changes that may be needed to give you your best workout!

BOOTCAMP – Trainers will motivate you to push yourself to reach the next level. Continually changing classes that offer variety & fun to calorie burning workout. No plateaus here, just results!

CARDIO KICKBOXING – Put on your gloves and get ready for a calorie scorching workout. Kick boxing combinations and bag work keep you moving and motivated for the entire class.

INSANITY® LIVE-This class will make you sweat. Interval training keeps your calorie burn high throughout the day. Increase your speed, power, and metabolism.

BELLY DANCE FIT – Strengthen your core. Get a great cardio workout through dance combinations and core focused exercise.

BODY BLAST ROTATION CLASS – A monthly rotating class that focuses on different styles of exercise each session.

HULA HOOP® FIT – This class features no impact, HIIT with movements inspired by pilates, barre, and yoga making it the perfect class for all ages and fitness levels. Tone up, lose weight, and sculpt your body while having a great time.

Our Fitness Classes are never allowed to grow so big that we lose the personal touch. Trainers will modify techniques, duration, and intensity to keep you safe and help you develop. These classes will amaze you!

PERSONAL TRAINING – CHOOSE FROM 50 MINUTE OR 30 MINUTE SESSIONS

Gives you a personal touch for your work out. We will customize a fitness program just for you. Omaha Blue Waves offers personal training for our clients that want to work one on one towards their fitness goals. All of our instructors are NASM or ISSA Certified Trainers and work with you to meet your personal goals and offer you a FREE consultation to find out what type of training is best for you! Choose from 50 minute or 30 minute training sessions.  Training available for specialities such as significant weight loss, getting back to working out after being released from doctor’s care and baby boomers training!
